Our client is a well-established player in the architecture industry, who are looking for a strong Bookkeeper on a part-time temporary basis to support during a busy period.
Description
- Maintain financial records for the company
- Process accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate record keeping.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and conduct periodic audits.
- Coordinate with the finance team to prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with standard accounting practices and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial audits.
- Provide support in financial decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.
Profile
A successful 'Bookkeeper' should have:
- 2 years+ experience working in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Proficiency in using Xero and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Job Offer
- An hourly rate of between £20-22 depending on experience.
