What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of HR and Employment Law Consultants.
- Provide expert guidance on HR, employment law, and Occupational Health.
- Collaborate closely with schools to refine policies, contracts, and ensure compliance with GDPR and Occupational Health standards.
- Manage both routine and complex employee relations matters, offering solutions to the most challenging HR issues.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree (or ideally a Master's) in HR, Employment Law, Occupational Health Management, or equivalent field experience.
- Expertise in GDPR and Occupational Health management.
- Strong background in HR, employment law, and employee relations, with senior-level experience in the education sector.
- CIPD or similar certification (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work remotely and independently with a proactive approach.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and self-awareness.
Location:
Primarily home-based, with occasional travel across the North West.
