Relief Assistant Manager – (Covering all Hospice Shops in Harrow & Brent)

30-hour & 15-hour contracts available (flexible 7-day rota)

Salary:

  • 30-hour: £18,642.40 per annum
  • 15-hour: £9,321.20 per annum

Job Description:

As a Relief Assistant Manager, you will support the seamless operation of our hospice shops across Harrow and Brent. This role involves:

  • Stepping in for Store Managers as needed, ensuring high standards of customer service
  • Collaborating with staff and volunteers to maintain shop performance
  • Driving sales and fundraising initiatives
  • Supervising a team and managing shops in the absence of the Store Manager to ensure continuous, effective operations

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in team supervision
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage volunteers
  • Passion for meeting targets and supporting hospice initiatives
  • Flexibility to travel between shops in Harrow and Brent
