Reed are working with a fantastic company who design and create packaging for some fantastic brands! They are looking for a Client Coordinator to join their growing team.

Ideally you will have a strong administration and organisational skills and will be happy working in a fast paced artwork and packaging environment. Candidates who have worked in a position where they have been involved in managing projects from start to finish are of interest.

Working Hours - Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm with 1 hours lunch break

Salary - up to £25k per annum

The Client Coordinator owns client relationships and production needs from project inception through completion for key CPG clients. Interprets the needs of the clients and all facets of the project and has a firm grasp on the packaging, prepress, industry standards, and requirements. This Client Coordinator ensures that satisfactory resolution is accomplished when resolving and problem-solving client issues as they are received.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages small scale client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle including project kickoff, monitoring project progress, ensuring on-time delivery and timely invoicing.
  • Translates client requests and requirements into detailed, and solution review meetings to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
  • Partners with account team members and/or the client during project kickoff and solution review meetings to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
  • Day-to-day project management and in-depth excel skills (pivot tables, functions to manage large data.
  • Ensures conflicts/issues are resolved to keep projects on track and maintains high-quality standards in all client deliverables.
  • Ensures accurate and timely invoices are generated by maintaining correct project details and supporting evidence, including change orders and rework, throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Builds, supports, and maintains client portal and CRM application.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous Admin experience
  • Ability to communicate with staff, clients and at all levels
  • Good IT skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook as you will be responsible for amending excel spreadsheets.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills as you will be producing reports and documents.
  • Work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
