We are recruiting for a Temporary Research and Learning Senior Officer for a social welfare charity. You will be responsible for providing input to a variety of projects and responsibilities of the charity's Impact & Insight team.
Hybrid working min 2 days in the London Office
The Role
Work with the existing Senior Impact & Learning officer with developing and delivering monitoring and evaluation plans for projects across the organisation
Lead the implementation of some new or streamlined team practices
Contribute to the planning, secondary insight gathering and synthesis stages of a research project into the role stigma plays in the welfare system
Support the head of the team with quarterly reporting to the board
Lead on the dissemination of a research project to external audience
The Candidate
Experience of measuring and analysing services and projects that benefit the public
Experience of planning and implementing rigorous methodologies towards a range of quantitative and qualitative evaluation programmes
Experience of research methodology, principles, and procedures.
Experience of presenting research or evaluation findings in visual dashboards
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and write accurate, concise materials and reports.
Research skills with the ability to review evidence and synthesise
Ability to develop surveys and other research methods
Ability to handle and analyse numerical data
Ability to communicate research findings into accessible written formats
