Role: Credit Controller
Salary: Up to £29,000

Robert Half is exclusively working with a well-established client who are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to manage cash allocations, credit limits, and overdue accounts efficiently.
Responsibilities:
?? Allocate cash, set credit limits, and reconcile accounts
?? Chase overdue accounts via phone, email, and collaboration with Sales Managers
?? Supervise statement production, monitor orders, and initiate legal actions if needed
?? Collaborate with team on debtors ledger actions and process improvements
?? Negotiate payment plans and terms, address customer queries, and issue credit notes
Requirements:
?? 2+ years experience in credit control or cash allocation
?? Intermediate Excel skills
?? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
?? Tenacious, resilient, and detail-oriented
