Sales Advisor Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with valued customers
- Developing a good understanding and knowledge of products
- Providing expert guidance and advice on a wide variety of products
- Advising on current offers and promotions with a view to increase sales
- Handling all inbound calls and proactively reaching out to customers to identify sales opportunities
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience within a similar sales-focused role
- Confident communication skills with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Results driven with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- IT proficient with CRM experience
