Finance Assistant - temporary
£13 - £16 per hour depending on experience
Luton - 2-3 months on a rolling contract, possible extension
Key areas of coverage
Solving customer queries on billings and monies in
Email correspondence and call handling
Petty cash management - reconcile and replenish
Processing documents, handling cash
Purchase ledger - matching, batching and coding
Processing supplier invoices and obtaining authorisation for payments
Data entry on payments system
Reconcile aged debts
Posting of journals
We are seeking an experienced accounts assistant with an excellent proactive approach and with brilliant communication skills. A team player with numeracy skills - Qualified by experience, part qualified and fully qualified AAT or equivalent considered
