Our client in Tamworth is looking for a strong communicator to work in a small & well established customer care team.
The role is Monday - Friday - Office based - with an early Friday finish - £26,000 per annum.
The business boasts an impressive catalogue of both products and services to a variety of customers Nationally.
However, the business is extremely well established Internationally.
Duties to include but not limited to :-
- Order processing
- Updating the bespoke system
- Extensive call handling both inbound and outbound
- Generating quotes / estimates
- Working in a Team to ensure the smooth running of the office .
