Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing and Billing: Manage the invoicing and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Credit Control: Oversee credit control activities, including monitoring outstanding debts and implementing effective collection strategies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Accounts Management: Bring accounts in-house from current outsourcing, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
  • Support and Development: Provide financial support to various departments and assist in the development of financial policies and procedures.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to a busy and dynamic work environment, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
