Description
As a Customer Service Executive you will be dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls assisting with a range of enquiries coming into the business.
You will be liaising with the client, third parties and other legal professionals to obtain a quick and efficient resolution.
The role will be extremely fast paced and will be ensuring each customer is provided the best service whilst making sure targets and kpis are exceeded.
Profile
Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds
A confident telephone manner
Extremely customer centric
The ability to work in a busy fast paced environment
A good team player
