The Accounts Assistant will play a pivotal role within the Accounting & Finance department of a market leading company, undertaking a wide variety of tasks to support the team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong numerical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This role is PART TIME, 3 days a week and temporary.

Description
- Assisting with the day to day accounts
- Handling accounts payable and receivable
- Conducting regular ledger reconciliations
- Assisting with month-end closure processes (if required)
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
- Supporting the team in daily administrative tasks
- Liaising with clients to resolve any financial discrepancies
- Providing ad hoc financial assistance when required
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Previous experience working in an accounts assistant role (or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Previous experience using Xero accounting system
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Be a self starter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
Job Offer
- Pay Rate between £12.80 to £14.00 per hour dependent upon experience
