Salary - £50,000 - 55,000

Business Analyst required for a leading client based in Birmingham. My client is currently seeking a Business Analyst to come on board to provide business analysis and design for IT and business change projects, with a focus on delivering IT capabilities and projects that enhance value for the client, and its client engagement. Additionally, the role supports the Support and Development teams in managing minor changes to existing systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong Business Analyst experience
  • Engaging stakeholders during the discovery phase to gather and document requirements for new projects and changes to existing IT systems.
  • TOM experience
  • Strong skills in problem analysis, system design, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Proficiency in project planning, estimation, requirements gathering, and business case writing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in delivering comprehensive Infrastructure, Networking, or IT Security projects.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering.
  • Capability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders with diverse levels of technical knowledge.
  • Ability to establish trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Assisting project/change sponsors in drafting clear, concise requirements that can be translated into technical specifications.
  • Supporting the creation and execution of test plans as part of change release management.
  • Developing documentation for bespoke applications.
  • Clearly defining business requirements and process flows for various programs.
  • Preparing detailed business analysis documentation.
  • Facilitating communication between business stakeholders, development team members, third parties, clients, and others to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions
  • Adapting communication styles to suit different audiences.
  • Adhering to and upholding company policies and procedures.
