Our Luton based client, is a dynamic company seeking a dedicated Senior HR Advisor to lead their HR function and elevate their company culture. As a sole HR employee they are looking for an experienced HR professional ready to support the business to drive improvements in their Human resources and Personnel offering to employees.

- Location: Luton (on-site role)
- Position: Sole HR Advisor
- Experience: Minimum 4 years UK HR experience
As Senior HR Advisor What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage the entire HR function
- Drive positive cultural change across the organisation
- Handle all aspects of generalist HR duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Provide expert HR advice to management and employees
- Enhance employee engagement and retention initiatives
What We're Looking For in the Senior HR Advisor:
- Proven UK HR experience (4+ years)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the HR function
- Change management experience
- CIPD qualification (is a bonus, with practical HR experience key)
