As an IT Environments Manager, you will work to drive forwards maturity of the function through defining, implementing and conducting key processes ensuring demands and purposes are met whilst considering cost effectiveness.
Whilst leading major transformation Programmes, you will ensure environments are suitable and supported throughout the lifecycle and provide project support for all environmental issues.
What will you be doing?
Leading by example and setting standards across the team
Environmental requirement gathering with key project stakeholders
Creation of environmental plans supporting requirements
Configuration of environments
Improvement initiatives delivered within the Environment and Quality Management functions
About you:
Experience within a similar role working on complex programme delivery
Understanding of driving forwards initiatives within a matrix management
Working with both Agile and Waterfall methodology
Experience working with DevOps teams
You may have come from a purely Environmental focused background within test and release settings, or from an Infrastructure background where Environment management may be part of your role - we are open to talking to people from a range of backgrounds!

Salary £55,000 - 60,000 + benefits
Northampton based, 2x days per week office-based
