Organisational Development Specialist

Were seeking an experienced Organisational Development Advisor / OD Specialist to join a proactive and forward-looking organisation with sites in Hampshire, Somerset and Berkshire. As an Organisational Development Specialist, you will be dedicated to fostering a positive culture that supports both employees and managers. You will be working as part of a high-performing and dynamic OD Team working across sites in the South in developing and delivering Organisational Development solutions and interventions such as Great place to work, investors in people and others which make a real impact on the organisation and with the wider sector.
As the subject matter expect in organisational development with excellent communications skills, you'll work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to advise and propose solutions that deliver value for money, improved performance in line with objectives, and to provide solutions that are aligned to our strategy whilst helping move towards a learning culture.
Candidates
Were seeking a passionate and professional Organisational Development professional with excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness and the ability to demonstrate a track record of building trusted relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external.

  • Proven Learning and Development or Organisational Development experience with the ability to manage complex activities.
  • Capable of managing multi-stakeholder relationships, with the ability to influence decision makers to secure positive sustainable outcomes.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel, as well as the ability to learn software as required.
  • Demonstrate analytical skills, decision-making, proactive and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven numerical and data analysis skills and ability to collate relevant information and present it in an appropriate format to suit the audience.
  • Experience of managing complex changes through coaching at individual level and via insight and analysis sourced via learning and performance management data at organisational level
  • Ideally, familiarity with Learning Management and Performance Management System (LMS & PMS) platforms is advantageous, but full training will be provided so you're able to use them as key enablers for organisation development and other sources of data to analyse and create development solutions.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Full driving licence and access to own transport or the ability to travel in a timely and efficient manner to attend meetings in locations not easily accessed by public transport vehicle where necessary.

The OfferBased out of Eastleigh but on a hybrid basis and scope for other sites including Yeovil or Bracknell Hybrid working
