We are seeking a committed and professional Reception & Facilities Team Member to join our bustling Secretarial & Business Support team. This role requires a strong ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service within a Not For Profit setting. You will be required to work on-site Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reception area and look after visitors
- Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and well-maintained
- Handle incoming and outgoing post
- Assist with office facilities and maintenance issues
- Provide general administrative support
- Assist with health and safety compliance
- Organise and manage office supplies
- Support the wider Secretarial & Business Support team as required
Profile
A successful Reception & Facilities Team Member should have:
- A high level of organisational skills
- A positive and professional demeanour
- Ability to handle a busy and varied workload
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit industry is beneficial
