We are seeking a committed and professional Reception & Facilities Team Member to join our bustling Secretarial & Business Support team. This role requires a strong ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service within a Not For Profit setting. You will be required to work on-site Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception area and look after visitors
  • Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and well-maintained
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post
  • Assist with office facilities and maintenance issues
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Assist with health and safety compliance
  • Organise and manage office supplies
  • Support the wider Secretarial & Business Support team as required

Profile

A successful Reception & Facilities Team Member should have:

  • A high level of organisational skills
  • A positive and professional demeanour
  • Ability to handle a busy and varied workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit industry is beneficial
