Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30 pm

Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire (Junction 22 on the M25)

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

We have an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Manager to join our client's team in St Albans, Hertfordshire. We are seeking an experienced AV/Lighting Warehouse Manager with industry knowledge and strong team managerial skills.

As Warehouse Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop warehouse operations and lead process improvements, ensuring the smooth running of all activities. Your main responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound deliveries, overseeing day-to-day operations, and liaising with suppliers and service partners. Additionally, you will have the chance to empower and develop your team members, driving their personal growth and achieving company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop warehouse operations to support company growth plans.
  • Lead process and procedure improvements to streamline activities.
  • Implement continuous improvement within warehouse operations and team management.
  • Manage all inbound and outbound deliveries, quality control processes, and stock checks.
  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including picking and packing.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Liaise with suppliers and service partners.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and IT systems for dispatch and stock management.
  • Empower and develop team members to reach their full potential.
  • Manage a team of permanent and temporary workers, maintaining productivity and order delivery performance.
  • Demonstrate strong HR and H&S abilities.
  • Exhibit outstanding organisational skills.

  • Industry experience within AV/Lighting - Essential
