Mandatory Manual Licence is required for this course

Salary: £28,555
Location: Grangemouth
Working Hours: 48
Shift Pattern: 5/7 shift pattern (includes Saturday)
Start times: will be fixed start times starting from 03:00am-04:00am

The Trainee Driver Academy (TDA) is a platform for prospective employees and any current Reynolds employees, who possess an excellent work history and work ethic, who would like to join the distribution team and start the journey to becoming a qualified LGV/HGV Driver.

Whilst training on the TDA scheme you will start driving a 3.5t vehicle for up to 12 weeks, so that you gain experience of Route Knowledge, Product knowledge, Redema training and completing your Theory Cat C Training and Test with CPC mod 4 within this period.

Once qualified as a HGV Class 2 Driver you will initially be driving a 7.5 Tonne vehicle so that you gain experience of driving a HGV vehicle (basic salary will increase to £31,750).

When managers deem you competent there will be the opportunity to be re-assessed by one of our in house assessors in a HGV Class 2 vehicle, (basic salary will increase to £36,160.
