We're working with a respected professional membership organisation that's passionate about supporting its members and upholding high standards. They're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MembershipExecutive to join their friendly and collaborative team.
As a Membership Executive you will:
- Process membership and qualification assessment applications.
- Maintain and update member records in the CRM system.
- Handle member reinstatements and ensure data accuracy.
- Follow up on incomplete applications to ensure timely completion.
- Respond to email and phone enquiries with professionalism and care.
You'll likely be someone who:
- Has experience in customer service and data processing.
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Communicates confidently, both in writing and verbally.
- Can work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
- Has experience in a professional membership or similar setting.
