Community Housing Manager
to join their team. This role is offering brilliant training opportunities, and is suitable for someone who wants to progress into the Head Of Housing.
Role Title: Community Housing Manager
Salary: £38,000 to £42,000
Location: Plymouth
Community Housing Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop people
- Develop and manage ethical, specialist community housing operations
- Sustainably build and manage Havencare Homes' property portfolio
- Achieve and maintain reputation as a trusted Registered Provider of Housing (RPH)
- Collective leadership of wider risks, priorities, stakeholder engagement, and projects

Community Housing Manager Requirements:
- Proven work experience working with a Housing Association in a General Needs setting
- Have experience within leading a housing team
- Knowledge of housing policy, tenancy agreements, sign ups and governance
