Sales Administrator

Working for a reputable and growing entertainment business located in the heart of Uxbridge, a new and exciting position had come up for a confident and competent Sales Administrator.

The Sales Administrator will support the sales team primarily focused on project related work. The position will involve managing admin related tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, capable of handling multiple complex projects and adept at ensuring all processes run smoothly to meet customer and project deadlines.

Key duties will include:

  • Processing sales orders, quotes and and invoices ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Co-ordinate with internal teams such as logistics, project management and technical support
  • Maintain up to date records of customer contracts and agreements
  • follow up with clients from a Customer Service perspective
  • Liase with customers and project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues
  • Manage and update CRM systems with detailed project and sales data, ensuring accuracy for reporting and analysis
  • Co-ordinate sales campaigns, promotions or special projects
  • Monitor stock levels for equipment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies

Key skills:

  • Proven experience in a sales admin or project related position
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint and use of various CRM systems
  • Capable of managing stress effectively and prioritising tasks in high pressure situations

A salary range between £30k - £35k per annum is on offer for the successful candidate.

This is a Monday - Friday position office based hours being 9-5
