As a Construction Project Coordinator you will work within a specific division of our clients company where your primary goal is to support the operations of the planned work. You will play a pivotal role in project success by managing compliance documentation, creating handover packs, overseeing project activities, and providing excellent customer service. The perfect person will have a customer service forward mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The role is working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm and is fully office based. Also due to the location of the role you must be a driver. The salary will be £26,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience plus a 12% discretionary bonus .
Main Duties and Responsibilities for the Construction Project Coordinator role:
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the energy or construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Effective team working skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other project management tools.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues.
- Knowledge of solar panel installations and compliance requirements is a plus.
