Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Rate: 15.00ph

Employment Type: Temporary

Start Date: Immediate

Are you an experienced Lettings Assistant professional with a background in Build to Rent, Direct Letting, or Student Accommodation? If so, our client, a leading Build to Rent company based in the heart of Glasgow, has an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Assistant!

Lettings Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants
• Responding to and managing enquiry emails
• Coordinating and conducting property viewings with potential tenants
• Evaluating and processing tenant applications
• Following up with prospective tenants after viewings
• Verifying tenancy references
• Assisting with the moving process for new tenants
• Maintaining accurate records and utilising the Spike system for updates

Lettings Assistant Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in lettings is essential
• Strong customer service skills
