To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Experience of successfully leading and developing a team
- Significant experience in both commercial finance and controls based roles
A little more information about the responsibilities in the role:
- Key member of the Leadership Team owning the presentation and analysis of business performance vs plan
- Ownership of forecasting process including setting target financial performance and KPI's, identifying strategic opportunities and risks for the business and making recommendations to improve results
- Oversee the timely and accurate reporting of monthly management information and manage the companies cash accounting processes
- Day to day running of the finance team within the business unit
