_Key Requirements: _

Degree in Computer Science or related field (essential)

Microsoft 365 certifications and advanced Office skills

5 years' experience with Intune, SharePoint, SaaS platforms, Cisco, Azure, and AD

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, Teams telephony, Hyper-V, VMware, and backup/DR solutions

Proficiency in PowerShell, networking protocols, and ITSM frameworks

Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills
