Restaurant Manager – Private Members Club – No Weekends!
Are you an experienced Restaurant Manager with a focus on Fine Dining?
THE JOB:
- Day to day running of a restaurant within on of the finest Private Members Club's in Central London
- Ensure the set-up standards are continually monitored and maintained.
- Developing different offers according to the Members requests or expectations.
- Work closely with the Club's Operations Manager to ensure profitability of the Restaurant with particular focus on staffing levels.
- Smooth communication between all Heads of Departments within the Club.
- F&B Stock Management.
- Staff training and development.
- Adherence to the Food Safety as well as Health and Safety regulations.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Min. two or more years of proven experience in a similar role within a fine dining setting at a Managerial level.
- Hands on approach and ability to lead from the front.
- Ability to lead by example.
- High standard on personal appearance.
- Ability and willingness to work split shifts.
THE PACKAGE:
- 40K per annum + bi-annual TRONC
- 40h per week on a Monday – Friday basis, please note that you MUST be willing and comfortable working split shifts
