Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Rotherham- fully office based

Salary: Up to £28,000pa

Our client a leading business communications company is currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join their growing team on a full-time permanent basis.

Leading a small team of internal Account Executives as part of the wider Customer Service department. Ensuring all customers receive the best possible customer experience whilst supporting and managing a busy team. Acting as a single point of contact for all customer enquiries, from initial enquiry through to project completion. Point of escalation for team members and customer issue resolution. Involved in the implementation of new customers and processes to support the Senior Account Managers and Account Directors.

Main Duties:

  • Work with the Senior Account Managers to support colleagues and delegate tasks across the

team where relevant

  • Co-ordinate internal departments and external suppliers to deliver projects on time and to

customers' expectations.

  • Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders on ongoing projects
  • Contribute to resource planning for any absence across the team and to support project work
  • Provide monthly reporting to Senior Account Manager / Account Director on individual and

team KPIs

  • Work as part of the customer Account Management team supporting the Account Director on

client meetings and projects when necessary

  • Work as part of the wider customer services team to ensure all customers receive the best

possible customer experience

  • Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams
  • First point of contact for customers facing technical issues with online ordering platform

Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience working within a customer facing role
  • Previous sales experience
  • Previous experience working in the Print Industry (desirable)
  • 3 GCSE's (including Maths and English) at A-C grade or equivalent
  • Able to provide both 1-2-1 and group training and support
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Explorer and Office
