Cyber Broking Support Assistant

As a Cyber Broking Support Assistant, you will be joining a market leading team which provides cyber insurance and consultancy services bringing together capabilities across Global FINEX cyber and the wider WTW group of companies. The team is collaborative, innovative, and welcoming and advocates for growth personally and professionally across the firm.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a candidate who will be focused on delivering technical and operational excellence, supporting the GB Cyber Broking Lead and have responsibility for the day-to-day administration of the Cyber facilities and line slips.

  • You will work closely with our Cyber broking team leads to co-ordinate all tasks associated with the GB Cyber Facilities (including lineslips):

  • Day-to-day running and administration of the facilities

  • To support the facilities renewal process in accordance with the timeframe, and as set out by the WTW Facilities team:

  • Facilities to be renewed on or before expiry date.

  • Facilities to be approved by appropriate persons / groups.

  • Full market appraisal review completed every 3 years (or as required), with outcomes documented, and communicated.

  • Preparing facility quote, confirmation of cover and MRC templates.

  • Issuing go live communications to the GB Cyber Team, including detailed process maps

  • You will provide administrative support to the GB Cyber Broking Lead including but not limited to:

  • Organisation of Insurer meetings, taking notes as required recording and following up action points.

  • Co-ordinating and organising Insurer training sessions.

  • Setting up new markets, monitoring and renewing Underwriting Agencies and Consortiums.

  • Ensure the Facility Operations Team issue the payment bordereaux to Insurers, in accordance with agreed timescales.

  • Ensure that the risks written bordereaux is accurate and issued to Insurers, in accordance with agreed timescales.

  • Review and response to Insurer risk written bordereaux queries.

  • Liaising with the Accounting and Settlement teams, with regards to outstanding Debt due to Insurers.

  • Attending regular meetings with the facility insurers when required, taking notes if required.

  • Facility knowledge management, filing of communications from internal and external stakeholders FOT, Insurer Services, Insurers, OWOP and other internal stakeholders.

  • Facility champion for the team, providing training to new joiners.

The Requirements

  • Candidates must have great organisational skills along with a keen eye for detail.
  • Verbal communication skills required to co-ordinate facility process steps and requirements to internal & external audiences and other departments within WTW.
  • Ability to manage own time, proactive, self-motivated, work on own initiative and to meet often tight deadlines.
  • Full adherence of WTW operational governance requirements
  • The desire to learn, to be pragmatic and flexible.
  • Knowledge of the end-to-end insurance placement process
  • Co-ordination of the facility project plan/project management skills.
  • Industry-recognized certifications / qualifications commensurate with experience will be considered an advantage, not essential.
