Conveyancing Assistant – Horsforth
A leading highly reputable, multi service law firm which has a large presence across the Yorkshire region are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team. The Role
- Assisting Fee Earners with their caseload from inception to completion.
- Obtaining redemption figures from Lenders.
- Updating Clients and third parties.
- Being responsible for chasing various documents i.e Mortgage Offers, ID and responses to correspondence.
- Issuing Sale contract packs.
- Regularly maintain case management systems, internal databases and third party websites and keep them up-to-date in real time.
The Candidate
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a residential property role.
- Have experience handling a varied caseloads from opening of the file to completion.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Can build strong client relationships and have great communication skills.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
