- Manage executive appointments and schedules
- Prepare reports, memos, and documents using word processing and spreadsheet software
- Handle information requests and manage correspondence
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
- Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
- Maintain databases and filing systems
- Liaise with clients and handle queries
- Perform other related duties as required
