Description

  • Manage executive appointments and schedules
  • Prepare reports, memos, and documents using word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Handle information requests and manage correspondence
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
  • Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Maintain databases and filing systems
  • Liaise with clients and handle queries
  • Perform other related duties as required

A successful Executive Assistant should have:
