The project:
A traditional build development of 42x new homes. Consisting of houses (semi detached and detached) and apartments.
The role:
Your role will involve but not be limited to:
- Clearing and preparing a construction site
- Digging trenches and laying drains for foundations
- Setting up and taking down the site facilities, such as barriers, signs, huts, etc.
- Following health and safety procedures
- Operating plant machinery for excavation or earthmoving tasks
- Laying concrete, kerbs, flagstones, and paving for the site
About you:
- Have the correct CITB qualifications for the position (CSCS Card, ECS, EMS, SMSTS, First Aid at Work)
- Experience working on a similar scheme would be preferable, but not essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills
