The Role
As a Service Advisor you will be advising potential and existing customers visiting the dealership, providing support and guidance throughout their service experience. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- First point of call for customers checking in their vehicles, as well as keeping them updated on the progress of their vehicle
- Providing guidance for customers with their automotive issues and carry out inspections
- Ordering parts as required
- Upselling additional work as recommended by the technician
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership
- Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
- Willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations!
- Loves to work in a fast paced environment
Package
A salary of up to £33,000 with an OTE of £50,000+.
