Position Overview:
The Junior Finance Business Partner will support financial planning, analysis, and business decision-making across the organisation. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in finance and a desire to develop their skills in a dynamic, private equity-backed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Support:

Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Conduct financial analysis to support business unit performance and decision-making.

Prepare variance analysis reports and provide insights into financial performance.
Reporting and Performance Tracking:

Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to business units.

Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Collaboration and Business Partnering:

Work closely with business units to understand their financial needs and challenges.

Provide financial support and insights to help business units achieve their objectives.

Foster strong working relationships across the organization.
Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Support the implementation of new financial systems and tools.

Assist in developing and maintaining best practices in financial management.
Risk Management and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

Assist in identifying and mitigating financial risks to the business.

Support audit and regulatory requirements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field; experience in a private equity-backed environment is a plus.
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
