Key Requirements:
- SEND Experience: Previous experience working with children with SEND is essential.
- Good Sense of Humour: A positive attitude and a good sense of humour are crucial to creating a joyful learning environment.
- Behaviour Management Strategies: Ability to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
- Excellent Use of Initiative: Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Supportive: A supportive and empathetic approach towards students and colleagues.
- Understanding of Children's Needs and Learning Styles: Knowledge of different learning styles and the ability to tailor support to meet individual needs.
