My client is a manufacturer of electrical products for the energy sector looking to take on a installation and commissioning engineer for our client based in the Midlands who manufacture Power Transformers. The experienced Installation and Commissioning Engineer will carry out wiring, fitting, testing and commissioning of transformers for a range of clients nationwide.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity with a client of ours who are known to develop within and their staff retention.
Duties
General assembly and wiring of various products
Site testing of equipment
Commissioning of equipment
Adhere to company procedures at all times
Provide regular updates/feedback on work orders
The Candidate
Previous experience working within an electrical engineering environment
Experience working with high voltage
Experience and Competence working in a site environment
Previous experience of both installing and commissioning of Power transformers
Understand of Health and Safety policies
Ability to work within a team setting
Passionate and enthusiastic engineer
