Location: Hybrid, based at either MOD Lyneham (SN15) or Trenchard Lines (SN9 6BE) with frequent travel to provide support across SDA 19 AND SDA 59
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, opportunity for flexible start and finish times
VIVO are currently recruiting for a Project Support Coordinator to support a team of 6 Project Managers and a Senior Project Manager across SD19 and SDA 59.
Based at either MOD Lyneham or Trenchard Lines dependent on your location, you will be supporting the Billable Works Project Teams with their administrative and reporting needs, whilst also supporting the Senior Project Manager with finance management throughout the year.
You will be assisting with administration tasks for the Project Managers, including supporting planned works and production and management utilising Maximo, keeping regional trackers updated and creating data reviews and occasionally attending meetings both online and in person to take minutes. You will also be responsible for keeping registers updated, for example Waste Registers and checking for early warning notices in project work flows.
For the Senior Project Manager, the main responsibility will be finance management support, which will include reviewing monthly forecasts, updating regional trackers, keeping an ongoing review of Regional Management Information (RMI) and checking it is constantly updated. You will also be attending discussion meetings pertaining to the Project Managers and project allocations.
Other responsibilities include taking ownership of the Maximo programme, in the case of system issues you will be responsible for liaising with the IT team and potentially the DIO to ensure no errors in the submissions.
What You Need To Do The Job:
First and foremost, you must have excellent IT skills, with experience in using Excel to manipulate and consolidate data. It is also essential you have experience or knowledge of the CAFM system Maximo.
Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills are essential, as well as the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels, whilst managing a large workload and working to deadlines.
You will need a full UK Drivers license to be eligible for this role.
Due to the vetting requirements candidates must be able to pass SC Clearance.
