Claims Handler - Taunton

We are currently recruiting for people with insurance claims or property management experience who are looking to grow their career.
£22,500 - £23,500 (depending on experience)
Hybrid – Taunton (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
What will you be doing?
- Owning a caseload of insurance claims across a multi-client team
- Managing all aspects of the claim from start to finish.
- Being available to field calls from customers, clients, and suppliers.
- Being responsible for the pivotal part of the customer journey about their insurance claim
- Engaging with clients, customers, and suppliers via an omni channel approach which includes email, phone, and our bespoke messaging service.
What are they looking for?
- Previous claims or property experience
- A natural communicator and a flare for building rapport with people over the phone
- A great team player
- Good IT skills and the ability to use multiple systems.
- Enthusiastic and confident
Hours and Benefits
Monday – Friday (Hybrid)
3 days in office, 2 days from home
37.5 hours per week between 8am – 6pm
