HR Business Partner

Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be partnering with an engineering organisation, on the recruitment of a Senior HR Business Partner.

This role will be 75% strategic and 25% operational Business Partnering, with a global focus. You will be partnering with a specific area of the business, c300 FTE.

Duties:

  • HR Business Partnering: Provide expertise in areas such as OD, ER, L&D, talent planning, compensation and global mobility.
  • Employee Relations: Support management and employees on issues like discipline, grievances, absence management, occupational health, and international assignments in line with company policy and employment legislation.
  • Implement HR Initiatives: Manage and execute HR programs, including annual salary and bonus reviews, performance evaluations, resource planning, talent management, and succession planning on a global level.
  • Global Mobility: Collaborate with international HR teams on global mobility cases, ensuring adherence to local employment laws and aligning mobility efforts with talent planning activities.
  • Support HR Advisors: Offer guidance, support, and development to HR Advisors as required.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with relevant employment legislation, including UK employment and human rights laws.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • An engaging HR professional with the ability to delegate effectively, whilst providing the appropriate levels of coaching and support
  • Breadth of experience across a wide range of HR disciplines, covering the full range of the employee lifecycle
  • Pro-active in approach and highly visible to key business stakeholders
