As a HR Advisor, you will be reporting into the Head of HR and supporting the HR function from managing the full employee life cycle, Employee Relations and recruitment. This is a fully generalist HR role which offers fantastic development, as a HR Advisor your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and taking the lead on Employee Relation matters including absence management, investigations, disciplinaries and grievance matters
- Processing of new starters and leavers; completing right to work checks, creating offer letters, contracts and new starter packs, and communicating these with the payroll department
- Coach, guide and upskill line managers in all HR policies and procedures
- Support with HR Projects including employee engagement and initiatives
- Advising supervisors and managers on employment law
The right person for this HR Advisor role will have the following attributes:
- At least 2 years' experience in a HR Advisor role or above
- Ideally you will be CIPD qualified
- Driving Licence
