Up to £75,000 plus car allowance, attractive bonus and potential shares.

London HQ – once a week in office.

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing drinks start-up, is seeking a passionate and driven Senior National Account Manager to spearhead their expansion within the grocery sector.

The brand are fully immersed in Sports, Entertainment and Music with a number of Ambassadors in these areas that are assisting in driving brand awareness alongside a huge social media presence - reaching 2 million viewers a week across platforms.

Due to significant growth, this is a newly created role as Senior National Account Manager to firstly establish strong, long-term relationships with key Retail accounts nationwide. Secondly, continue to identify opportunities across Off Trade, positively represent the brand and it's USPs and gain additional listings.

If you have a proven track record in escalating a start up brand within FMCG and are excited about leading a vibrant brand to new heights, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share within the grocery sector.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key grocery/convenience accounts and implementing mutually beneficial JBPs
  • Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets, contributing to the overall growth of the brand.
  • Immerse yourself in the culture and community,act as the face of the brand within the grocery sector, promoting the company's values and vision.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive activity, informing strategic decisions.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record of growth within a SME/Start-Up, ideally within drinks.
  • Established relationships with major grocery accounts and an in-depth understanding of the grocery retail landscape.
  • A genuine interest in Sports, Music and Entertainment with a willingness to attend Events and build a relevant network.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, with a focus on growth and market expansion.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
