Sales Manager

to help drive market share, maximise revenue and open their new premises. Responsibilities for this Sales Manager role will include:

  • Create the largest active market share in the area
  • Develop exceptional business relationships with clients and internal departments
  • Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
  • Assist with opening a new branch
  • Influence positive results and lead your team with effective planning and actions

Skills & Experience for this Sales Manager role:

  • Minimum 5 years experience of leadership within agency sales
  • Possess high standards of service and presentation
  • Be motivational and positive to support the team
  • Bring ideas and initiative to drive market share growth
  • Team player with great organisational skills
