We have been established for over 30years and currently have 3 offices across the South East but also form part of a large international business who employ over 1000 employees. We are a manufacturer of air conditioning and ventilation systems and have become a trust distributor to many businesses across the world.
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant in our Leatherhead branch.
- Assist in daily bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
- Working on Sage
- Monitor bank accounts for incoming and outgoing payments.
- Sales and purchase ledger
- Identify and investigate any discrepancies in bank transactions.
- Dealing with stock control and ordering new stock
- Receive and review contractor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Code invoices appropriately and seek necessary approvals.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and maintain a record of payments.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of VAT returns.
- Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain records of VAT transactions and documentation.
- Organise and maintain accounting records, invoices, and receipts.
