My client, based in Reading, is looking for an Internal Recruiter to help in their busy team on a temporary ongoing basis, this will be a homeworking role with one day in the office.
Duties will include: -
- Cleansing our ATS reviewing applications that come in for mixture of clinical & non-clinical roles
- Auto rejecting candidates or moving to screening stage
- Support candidate screening against JD's & moving candidates through the recruitment pipeline for Hiring Manage review
- Advertising roles on various job boards
- General support to Recruitment support
- Sourcing candidates
- Managing own roles in a 360 capacity
- Owning Hiring Manager / stakeholder relationships
- Taking a thorough vacancy brief with the Hiring Manager
- Going to market (job boards / proactive sourcing) to find the right talent
- Owning the candidate journey & relationship
- Processing candidate offers & collating compliance documents ready to pass to our HR team for processing
Essential criteria: -
- Recruitment experience – either from an Inhouse or agency background
- Administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Ability to deal with people at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
