focused on

systems innovation and position data governance.

Working at the intersection of HR systems, data, and operational transformation, this role ensures timely, value-driven outcomes across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

You'll oversee strategic planning, delivery execution, and cultural change initiatives to embed new ways of working, streamline data structures, and unlock long-term efficiencies. The core system in use is SAP SuccessFactors (comparable HRIS will be considered).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of two independent workstreams focused on HR systems and establishment data
  • Develop and manage delivery plans, resourcing, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reporting
  • Engage senior stakeholders across HR, Digital, Finance, and Operations functions
  • Collaborate with delivery sponsors and governance groups to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Oversee third-party performance and manage contractual deliverables
  • Drive adoption of system and data changes through clear leadership and engagement strategies
  • Promote inclusive, data-informed decision-making at all levels of the programme
  • Report progress, risks, and benefits to senior leadership and steering groups

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation projects involving HR systems and data
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across organisational boundaries
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to solving complex delivery challenges
  • Effective leadership of cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS)
  • Strong governance, budget oversight, and performance reporting capability
  • Confident managing cultural change, systems adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives
