Key responsibilities

  • Assist with underwriting, processing, and reviewing commercial and residential risks, while ensuring accurate policy wording and knowledge of coverage.
  • Handle client enquiries and maintain high service standards, both in writing and via phone, to maximise business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate data in systems, follow department procedures, and proactively suggest process improvements.
  • Develop industry knowledge, maintain technical competence, and demonstrate company values while collaborating with internal and external clients.

About you

  • A strong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree) or relevant legal, insurance, property qualification, or experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain business relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and analytical abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A flexible, positive attitude, with a collaborative approach to supporting colleagues and fostering strong team relationships.
