This role represents a fantastic opportunity to join an established and successful business on the outskirts of Swansea; This role requires an organised and confident financial administrator to support the business with accounts payable and receivable, credit card and expenses analysis and management, and reconciliation work. You will also hold sole responsibility for the payroll process; monitoring and managing data from the T&A system, to process and manage "end to end" payroll for the business.To be eligible for this role, you will need excellent exposure to the accounting process (this is not an entry level role), ideally in an SME environment. Although you will be working as part of a finance and admin team, I feel that this would really suit someone who has previously worked in a stand-alone/ one person finance department type of set up.... especially if you want some company in the office! Speaking of office; this role is 100% office based..... 35 hours a week (full-time) with free parking on site, with 25 days per annum annual leave (plus bank holidays). You will need to be able to work with discretion, the utmost attention to detail, and accuracy; the role will see you organising your and other team members' workloads to meet monthly accounting deadlines. Experience of managing people would be ideal as you will have one direct report initially...... more with time!
