Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and organising, to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Foster meaningful and supportive relationships with clients through empathetic listening and engaging in social activities.
  • Provide companionship to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, care provided, and any relevant information.
  • Communicate effectively with the care team, providing updates and insights into clients' well-being.

What we need from you:

  • 6 months UK Support / Care experience
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK
  • CV covering 10 years work history
  • PVG Update required through ASA
  • Registration with the SSSC
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
