Our client an independent Estate Agency in Hackney are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their team.
Responsibilities but not limited:
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information and answering queries.
- Giving necessary feedback when required
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring all parties are satisfied.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
- Prepare and manage administrative documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and enhance overall performance.
- Utilise various marketing strategies to promote properties effectively.
Requirements:
- One year experience within Estate Agency.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driving licence and own car is essential
Basic £18-20,000
OTE Realistic £40,000
