£26,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time)
25 days holiday + bank
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) | Part-Time Considered (Minimum 30 hours/week)
We are currently recruiting for a leading training provider in their search for a Compliance Administrator on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will join a dedicated compliance team and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the organisation's compliance standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and experienced Compliance Administrator who is ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role within a thriving business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead external audits and coordinate with funding partners to ensure full compliance.
- Conduct thorough monthly internal funding audits in line with the deep dive audit strategy.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, identifying areas of improvement and recommending strategies.
- Recommend and implement system controls and enhancements to funding documentation.
- Create and deliver training programs related to new funding paperwork and compliance processes.
- Support continuous improvement by training internal staff on compliance requirements.
- Ensure all funding and compliance paperwork is up to date and aligned with contract requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant funding regulations.
- Collaborate with operational staff, subcontractors, and external partners to drive compliance efforts.
- Manage ad hoc projects as directed by the Admin & Compliance Manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in funding audits, compliance, and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in creating and delivering presentations.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of ESFA and other relevant funding rules and regulations.
- Minimum of GCSE grade C in English and Maths or equivalent.
